Choosing a Solution

The bank is open for innovations and aims to use in the activity the most progressive technologies for optimization of management. And when choosing an electronic document management system, the accent was put on broad functionality of a system in terms of development perspectives. The latest developments in the field of ESM-solutions were studied. As a result a choice was made for benefit of an electronic document management system and interaction management of DIRECTUM. The contractor chooses a project team of specialists of Direktsoft LLC.

Project Progress

The implementation project included two stages. On the first were automated:

• registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence;
• approval, registration and mailing of internal organizational and administrative documentation;
• acquaintance and control of execution under orders and orders;
• work with memos;
• acquaintance of participants of the meeting with the agenda and control of execution of the made decisions.

Assigned tasks were solved using the basic modules DIRECTUM and also business solutions "Classical office-work" and "Management of meetings and meetings". The convenience of job analysis of remote additional offices of bank was provided by the module "Interaction Management with Clients". Also during a stage of implementation updating of the version of a system to DIRECTUM 5.0 was carried out. At the second stage of the project the module "was developed by DS: Management of banking products" which allows to carry out the centralized work of staff of divisions of bank with the file of clients.

Result

By the time of transfer of a system to trial operation teachers of the center of the certified training of Direktsoft company completed training more than 70 users. At the moment in a system more than 250 users work (including from remote offices of bank). Monthly in a system over 12,000 tasks and 10,000 documents are created. The bank board is positive for project deliverables, noting significant increase in level of performing discipline. Now cooperation with Direktsoft company continues, further development of functionality of the module "DS is planned: Management of banking products".
