The NPO of RFKR ChR implements technologies of management of an overhaul of housing in the region

On July 3, 2014 it became known of the conclusion between Etton company and NPO Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and public utilities of the Chechen republic of the agreement on automation of the regional operator of an overhaul.

Project Tasks

According to the contract informatization will be carried out on a cloud platform "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities".

Within the project in the Chechen republic six modules – "Monitoring of Housing Stock", "Formation of Regional Programs", Overhaul, Housing inspectorate, Billing Center and Informational portal will be implemented.

"The Chechen republic is one of the most indicative regions of the Russian Federation. Special attention from the leadership of the Russian Federation is now paid to it. With respect thereto work with this region is very important for us. We will use the best efforts to implement all work on the signed contract at the high level", ‒ Yakov Tenilin, the deputy CEO of Etton company noted.

Using developments of Etton company the fund of an overhaul of the Chechen republic updates all information on apartment houses of the republic, will create the long-term program of an overhaul and will draw up strategic plans on its implementation. Information and analytical systems capabilities will allow to perform the automated analysis of estimates and sheets, to compare the actual and planned indicators of execution of programs of overhaul, to create reports. A system will keep account and distribution of the means which arrived into accounts of fund in the form of contributions to an overhaul from owners of premises in apartment houses.

Using a software package "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities" the Chechen republic will have an opportunity to build the system of the solution of organizational tasks of implementation and financing of programs of an overhaul, to collect and analyze data in a common information space, to prepare statistical reporting in the automated mode.

The cost of the contract the parties does not reveal. The similar project in the Magadan region is announced as exceeding 20 million rubles.
