Bobrov Alexander Filippovich is the head of administration of the city of Tambov.

Biography

Alexander was born on January 19, 1961 in the village of Kobyaki of Kirsanovsky district of the Tambov region.

Graduated from school.

Studied in Kirsanovsky state farm technical school - received specialty of the technician-mechanic of the agricultural machinery.

From 1980 to 1989 served in border troops. It is awarded with a distinction "Military valor".

Upon return from AF studied in university. Graduated.

Worked in housing and operational management (HOM) No. 3 of Leninsky district of Tambov.

Worked in Soviet, afterwards - Russian, executive authorities and structures of ZhKK: the deputy head of department of housing – municipal services of Tambov, the head of department of housing and public utilities of Leninsky district, the deputy head of administration of Oktyabrsky district of Tambov on housing and communal services.

Since 1998 Alexander Filippovich worked in municipality staff of Tambov - the first vice-mayor.

Since 2003 worked as the director of Tambovskiye kommunalnye sistemy» (TKS) LLC.

In 2008 it was elected the deputy of the Tambov City Council of IV, afterwards the V convocation.

In 2010 it is appointed the acting as the head of administration of the city of Tambov.

For July 2, 2014 Alexander Filippovich Bobrov works as the head of administration of the city of Tambov.

Married. Two sons.
