Progress Group automates enterprise management

On July 2, 2014 specialists of The First BIT company announced completion of automation of PROGRESS group by means of implementation of a software technology "BIT. Management of car service and car showroom" and systems of customer interaction BIT:CRM.

Project Progress

During the project specialists of The First BIT company implemented "BIT. Management of car service and car showroom" and Bits.CRM - for optimization of relationship of the company with clients.

160 jobs of the customer are automated. Programs use departments of supply, sales, marketing, economic and department of the additional hardware, service station, a warehouse and in accounting. User training, necessary consultations is provided.

Project Results

The solutions of 1C implemented programs and existing are united in uniform information base, information exchange between systems is adjusted. Use of specialized solutions of The First BIT company helped PROGRESS Group to improve processes of receipt and implementation of cars, carrying out repair and rendering other auto-services, increasing their efficiency.

Are optimized:

• order placement to suppliers,
• settlement
• formation of the payment schedule,
• supply chain management.

By means of a new information system it is performed:

• planning and sales accounting and purchases,
• analysis of sales,
• management of warehouse stocks,
• reservation of inventory items,
• order placement of buyers,
• calculation of normative cost value of orders,
• pricing.

Necessary report forms are created.

With workflow automation its efficiency is increased and the resource intensity is reduced.
