NIIAA of the academician V.S. Semenikhin completes control automation by business processes

On July 4, 2014 it became known of an implementation project in "scientific research institute of the automatic equipment of a name of the academician V.S. Semenikhin" of the "PARUS-Management of business processes" system.

Project Results

The Management of Business Processes (MBP) system is applied by 320 users, i.e. every third employee of the enterprise, first of all – representatives of the office of the CEO, coordination department and office. Most of users work with a system via the web interface.

By July 4, 2014 about 9 thousand processes connected with control of execution of administrative documentation, approval and performance of orders are automated. By means of a system registration of outgoing correspondence, notifying mailings and exchange of memos between divisions, monitoring of accomplishment of tasks is performed. Process of approval of documents in Parus is Management of business processes|NIIAA]] expels movements of employees from department in department, allowing to approve the document, without leaving a workplace.

Implementation "Management of Business Processes" ("MBP") increases performing discipline, specific objectives in the field of document flow (for example, the level of efficiency of preparation of responses to external requests of the controlling and other bodies increased) are solved, creation of a common information space is complete. The module "UDP" became a binding element of an enterprise information system: it supports and controls all other automated processes.

Support and development of a system are provided by internal service of the enterprise.
