Samara Plant Neftemash Ltd was automated by document flow and management processes based on the THESIS ESM-system.
"The Samara plant Neftemash" is a large supplier of oil-field and drilling equipment for oil and gas wells. When choosing an electronic document management system heads of the plant were guided by positive experience of use of the THESIS system by other enterprises of the Samara region.
During an implementation project processes of work with agreements, organizational and administrative documentation, registration of the entering and outgoing documents and also control of performing discipline were automated.
In March, 2014 the enterprise successfully upgraded to the new version of THESIS system 3.6.
