Choosing a Solution

Need of implementation of EDMS and creation of a common information space for optimization of document flow within organization appeared in March, 2013. The Docsvision system was selected thanks to the available functionality, ample opportunities on integration of the platform and convenience of the interface.

Project Progress

At the first stage of the implementation project the existing processes of work with documents were analyzed and new regulations of processing of main types of documents of the organization are made. Processing of resolutions of the head on incoming documents, preparation of outgoing answers and processing of all types of internal documents was considered. Before setup of a system works on upgrade of IT infrastructure were carried out, including, the terminal server providing an opportunity for work in EDMS of staff of territorially remote forest areas was put into operation.

Result

Upon completion of the Samara Forest Areas project received a common information space which allowed to create uniform electronic archive of documents, to automate office and office work procedures. It excludes cases of loss of documents, automates and provides control of performance of resolutions and instructions that in general increases efficiency of organization.

Training of employees of the customer was organized and provided. During trial operation of 50 employees got to work in EDMS with consulting support of specialists of ACS Group. The project was implemented in 3 months (October - December, 2013). It is the first project in the Samara region implemented on the new Docsvision 5.2 platform
