Home Credit and Finance Bank automates calculations of remunerations of employees

On July 7, 2014 the Reksoft company announced completion of project development "Calculation of awards" by request Home Credit on the platform of the Liferay Enterprise Portal portal.

Project Progress

For implementation of a task Liferay Enterprise Portal which main advantages - the low cost of licenses, low requirements to equipment capacity, presence of specialists in development on Java is selected.

Within the Calculation of Awards project specialists of "Reksoft" step by step prepared and brought into operation the automation system of process of collecting, approval and data visualization about awarding of employees of the bank.

For automation of process of data collection the subsystem of calculation of grants and administrative awards of sellers is created. By means of the user interface responsibles have an opportunity to appoint and approve awards, to browse the consolidated data on awarding, to create orders on awarding and to unload a total in the existing SAP ERP Human Capital Management system for charge of awards.

Project Results

Within a problem of data visualization about awarding the personal account in which the employee will obtain information on the added awards and the forecast of an operational award for the carried-out sales is created. The structure of the displayed data dynamic can also quickly change at change of the scheme of awarding: for this purpose it is required to include information on a new indicator in the special reference book.

"The calculation of awards project allowed to reduce time for data preparation on awarding and quantity of errors by their preparation and also to considerably lower load of HR department of bank owing to reduction of number of addresses concerning awarding. Employees of the bank obtain information on awards in a real mode that increases transparency of bonus payment", – Sergey Lyubanov, the Head of department of BI and analytics of HKB Bank LLC emphasized.
