"Your taxi" automates customer service

On July 5, 2014 the Weathervane Sale company announced an implementation project of the technological solution Infinity Taxi in Your Zheleznovodsk Taxi company.

Project Tasks

The customer company started rendering services to the population in 2013 and as instruments of scheduling used radio devices. In the course of business activity, the company came to a conclusion about need of the maximum automation of dispatching service that from the operator only correct answers were required, a system should make all the rest: welcomed clients, to hold them on the line, to turn on the music, to announce departure and arrival of the machine.

To company management attracted Infinity software.

Project Progress

Vladimir Hanyzhenkov, the director of taxi service "yours", told:

• A system is very easy-to-work, the interface is intuitive and it is possible to change a color gamma of a working field. But after all the built-in Call center became the main criterion which influenced our solution - it is listening written, a talk, viewing orders and statistics in one program, in one working window. Of course, for us the module a taximeter became irreplaceable, we work not only on the city, but also we service the next settlements, and not always it manages to the client to call the exact amount of a trip in advance. Thanks to TP some changes in work of a taximeter, for creation of more flexible and convenient rates, especially for our city, taking into account specifics of our region are made. At implementation of Infinity we had a problem with telephone lines as the automatic telephone exchange in our city became outdated and could not provide telephony in proper quality and with necessary technical characteristics which are important for system operation. The problem was solved thanks to experienced engineers and managers. They managed to pick up the necessary equipment.

Project Results

By means of use of the Infinity Taxi program, the company took the leading position in the market of the taxi in the city of Zheleznovodsk.
