Within this project automation of process of registration and processing of the entering electronic documentation in Federal State Budgetary Institution FAPRID on the basis of the automated electronic document management system (AEDMS), developments and deployments of the module of the analysis of data in the AIS of accounting of RID is executed (further – the Automation system):
- documents acceptance from applicants in electronic form;
- data preparations for transfer to the AIS of accounting of RID;
- implementation of check of uniqueness of the data provided by the applicant in the AIS of accounting of RID;
- sendings reply of Federal State Budgetary Institution FAPRID to the applicant;
- user training to implementation of the specified processes in the automated mode.
