On July 8, 2014 the RapidSoft company announced the implementing solution Clientrix of the rewards program "Thanks from Sberbank" by the operator for marketing communications and a feedback with participants of the program.

Project Tasks

Implementation of Clientrix is caused by requirements of the operator of the loyalty program for expansion of communication channels with participants, management of a feedback coupling and formation of targeted messages with control of results of interaction.

With the implementing solution RapidSoft it is going to increase efficiency of e-mail mailings.

Project Results

The Clientrix system will be used for holding polls and promotional and informational campaigns among participants of the rewards program "Thanks from Sberbank" by means of e-mail of mailings. The RapidSoft company performed delivery, tuning, training of employees of the customer, testing and start to operation.
