In "VTB the Park Arena" is put in operation an administrative and technical complex

Works on design and construction of the engineering systems of the unique complex "VTB Arena Park" which includes construction of stadium, academy of sport and the new city quarter of the mixed building around the legendary Petrovsky park on the Leningradka.

Cooperation "VTB the Arena the park" and Asteros began with development of the master plan of future city quarter in 2010. Remaining a unique object on the Moscow map, "VTB the Arena the park" which total area of 32 Hectares, organically integrates the reconstructed Central stadium "Dynamo" of L. Yashin on 26,000 seats, Academy of Sport, the Park of Physical culture and Sport of Dynamo which was located on 8 Hectares of the green park territory and also the City quarter "The arena the park" on 13 body, including the headquarters of Society "Dynamo", hotel "Hyatt Regency Moscow, Petrovsky Park", apartments and office buildings of class A.

2017

The integrator put in operation an administrative and technical complex with a total area of 6,000 sq.m. in which were located data center, the new construction headquarters, sales offices of office centers built in the neighbourhood and management company of all project "Arena Park Management".

The Asteros group continues to conduct design and implementation engineering and IT infrastructures and also equipment by end-to-end systems of security of a number of objects and territories "VTB the Arena the park". So, for centralized operation and ensuring smooth operation of technology infrastructure of quarter the administrative and technical complex located in the three-storeyed building with a total area of 6,000 sq.m. is put into operation. Here the data center, the new construction headquarters, sales offices and management company of all project "Arena Park Management" are unrolled.

The command of integrator performed design, installation and a commissioning of all engineering systems of the building, including electro-, warm, water supply, ventilation, conditioning and others. Besides, the thirteenth body is equipped a complex of the low-current systems: schedulings, notifications, automatic equipment of fire protection. For the operating centralized control behind a technical component of buildings "VTB the Arena the park" is implemented the automated control system for engineering infrastructure, integration of monitoring systems of engineering constructions (SMIK and SMIS) with city complexes of security is made. On the second floor of the building of the technical body it is located DPC which capacities provide requirements of all functional zones "VTB of the Arena Park". In the long term here it is going to construct the second data center for leasing on models IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.

2016: Project Tasks

On November 14, 2016 the Asteros group announced plans in the project of equipment "VTB the Arena the park" and the organizations of a security system.

According to the statement of Asteros, the company will create the end-to-end system of security integrating sporting, entertaining, commercial and residential venues "VTB the Arena the park", the adjacent territory. Within the project it is necessary to implement several tens of systems as a part of security infrastructure for effective prevention and response to possible threats.

All security systems of the functional zones "VTB Arena Park" will be integrated into a uniform circuit:

• sports,
• leisure,
• hotel,
• residential,
• technical.

Project implementation will help to minimize the probability of emergence of incidents in the territory of a complex of 32 hectares as a part of which:

• Central stadium "Dynamo",
• Academy of sport,
• Park of Physical culture and Sport of Dynamo,
• the city quarter Park Arena in structure:
  • headquarters of society "Dynamo",
  • Hyatt Regency Moscow hotel,
  • Petrovsky Park,
  • apartments and office buildings of class A.

In interaction with experts of department of security of UK Dynamo Ltd it is going to equip a complex with technical and engineering facilities of protection. According to the project documentation on an object video surveillance systems, control and access control, the notification and management of evacuation will be unrolled, security and disturbing and automatic fire warnings, etc. are installed.

Around "a net zone" the security perimeter with a video surveillance system, booking and transport gating systems with the video identification, pedestrian check-points equipped with the modern customs equipment and other means of public security will be created.

Use of the means of protection protecting from the subversive and terrorist attacks that will help to prevent delivery to the territory of a complex of dangerous substances and products is provided:

• explosive devices,
• cold and firearms.

All subsystems and elements ensuring safety "VTB the Arena the park" will work in a complex with the system of collecting and information display. Data on a situation in the territory of an object from different sources accumulate in the centers of situational monitoring for operating control and response to possible security risks.

Infrastructure "the Arena of the park" is created by VTB taking into account needs of the most different client groups, beginning from the citizens living and working at the territory of a complex and near it and finishing tourists from the different countries, athletes and fans. It is predicted that daily traffic can reach 100 thousand people here. With respect thereto one of our key tasks – to ensure the high level of comfort and safety in all its territory. "VTB the Arena the park" is, perhaps, the most ambitious town-planning project in the country. It is many-sided, multifunction and is in many respects unique: on rather small square in the conditions of dense urban development the whole complex of versatile objects is located.
