TOCIS is an information system of the automobile dealer. The product is created on the basis of the information system TOPS and by request of the company Toyota.

Functions of a system The fundamental principles of system operation conform to the demands made by the headquarters of Toyota Motor to information systems of the companies distributors of spare parts.

TOSIS provides automation of all business processes of work of a warehouse of spare parts — acceptance and shipment of spare parts for the Toyota cars, return of the purchased spare parts to suppliers and accounting of returns of spare parts from clients buyers, movement of products on a warehouse, inventory, defects registration, processing of cases of regrading, etc.

A system provides maintaining an address warehouse, with indication of storage locations of all nomenclature of spare parts (more than 90000 active names). Allows to keep account of any quantity of warehouses by branches, provides independent accounting of the movement of goods on each branch.

A system supports maintaining the reference book of spare parts providing data-refresh on the basis of files of suppliers, allows to establish connection between names of the reference book for accounting of replacements of spare parts. A system allows to carry out the accounting of requests of buyers, formation on their basis of orders to suppliers of spare parts. Provides a possibility of control of delivery of custom spare parts and automatic distribution of the arrived goods between buyers customers.

On the basis of a sales history a system allows to conduct processing of statistics of the movement of spare parts through warehouses of the company and performs formation of the warehouse order to suppliers of spare parts. At the same time a system gives ample opportunities on setup of statistical parameters on groups of spare parts or directly by certain names of goods for automation of process of replenishment of a warehouse, reduction of stock balance and providing the range of spare parts corresponding to demand.

A system allows to perform optimization of shipments to buyers, providing automatic formation of diagrams and routes on shipment to buyers with the set frequency by warehouses of each branch. A system to provide automatic formation of the picking sheets and shipment documents necessary for shipment of spare parts.

A system allows to keep account of all goods of incoming documents accompanying the movement: documents of suppliers and transport agents, documents on a customs clearance (a SCD and customs specifications). Formation of outgoing documents for buyers is provided: invoices, delivery notes, invoices for payment, etc. A system allows to maintain the unified register of outgoing documents together with another, used in the company systems (Axapta, 1C). A system provides maintaining elements financial and accounting, including cost accounting of the purchased spare parts, formation of turnover balance sheets, accounting of payments for the spare parts delivered to buyers, unloading of necessary data in 1C for formation of accounting entries.

Clients dealers of the company can perform formation of purchase orders of spare parts via the Web portal of a system, facilitating work of staff of the company when processing requests of buyers.

A system ensures functioning of users both at head office Toyota Motor LLC, and in all warehouses of the company remote from office and from each other. A system is supplied with the module of the distribution of access rights providing setup of access to sections of a system (viewing, editing) on user groups. All changes of data are documented (what user and when changed) and are available to viewing by the system administrator.
