Description

• The first significant stage of the project of creation of an automated system of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen was completed - the mechanism of conducting regulated accounting at the enterprise is implemented.

Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen of the Russian Ministry of Health is the largest pharmaceutical enterprise, specializes in production of medical immunobiological medicines, diagnostic and medicines. Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen of the Russian Ministry of Health is formed by a join path of 14 state unitary enterprises producing the immunobiological medicines which are in 13 subjects of the Russian Federation. Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen produces more than 70% of all volume of the immunobiological products which are turned out in the country: vaccines, allergens, medical and diagnostic serums, the eubiotiki, bacteriophages, medicines from donor blood, immunoglobulins of the person and finished pharmaceutical products. The beginning of the project - November, 2011.

• The purpose of initialization of the project by company management - to pass from the separate accounting systems on branches and divisions of the enterprise to creation of a corporate information system of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen - the tool for operational accounting in a common information space and to regular implementation of process of consolidation at the central office of data on all enterprises entering into Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen.

The first stage of the project – automation of regulated accounting at the enterprise, including in its separate divisions with the subsequent creation of consolidation of the reporting under the isolated branches and divisions. As a basic product for AS the industry solution 1C:Enterprise 8 is selected. Pharmproizvodstvo - the software product which is most full considering specifics of the pharmaceutical industry. As the partner in the project the Algoritm Uspekha Ltd company - developer of 1C:Enterprise 8 software product is selected. Pharmproizvodstvo having wide experience of implementation of projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

• In January, 2013 the first stage of the project - a stage of implementation of regulated accounting on 10 unitary enterprises entering into Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen is completed.

The Following Tasks Were Performed: Formation of initial base is carried out: reference books, remaining balance; Methodical materials are developed; Training and consultation of users on an operational circuit of accounting and tax accounting is provided; Trial operation and transfer of a system to commercial operation. In a system regulated accounting is kept and the regulated reporting, as on parent organization (without consolidation), and on all its separate divisions selected for separate balance is prepared. All users of a system, including at remote platforms work in the unified information system created based on 1C:Enterprise 8 software product. Pharmproizvodstvo. Double-sided data exchanges between bases of the operational accounting of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen existing currently and base of regulated accounting on the basis of 1C:Enterprise 8 software product are created. Pharmproizvodstvo, including reference books, documents of accounting of Inventories, trade and production operations, settlings with partners. The information exchange mechanism with the programs of Client-bank used at the enterprises of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen is connected. The following blocks and subsystems are automated: Accounting of settlement; Accounting of OS, NMA, RBP, NDS, overalls and the regulated procedures of closing of month; Cash management; Products cost accounting; Accounting; Tax accounting.

• A system is put into commercial operation of 1/14/2013, the number of active users of a system – 200. 200 jobs placed at 10 unitary enterprises of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen of the Russian Ministry of Health are automated.

Result of implementation of the first stage of the AS project of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen of the Russian Ministry of Health (both in parent organization, and on separate divisions) is creation of the effective tool for conducting regulated accounting at the enterprise according to requirements of the legislation and its subsequent consolidated statements on all branches of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen. Maintenance of a system and consultation of users on all branches and divisions of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen is conducted. The second stage of the project - automation of an operational circuit of the enterprise, implementation of subsystems begins:

• Production management
• Sales management.

• The beginning of the second stage of the project – December, 2012

During a stage the following subsystems of a configuration "are implemented by 1C: Pharmproizvodstvo":

• Purchase management
• Inventory management
• Production management
• Sales management.

Within implementation of management accounting at the enterprises of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen by the Contractor performs the following works:

• formation of the missing reference information
• completion of the production block and blocks of sales, purchases and stocks
• development of technology instructions
• user training
• start in trial operation
• maintenance during trial operation of subsystems.

All users of a system, including at remote platforms work in the unified information system created based on 1C:Enterprise 8 software product. Pharmproizvodstvo. For conducting managerial and regulated accounting the general documents and the normative reference information are used. The necessary reporting for determination of a status of production processes and cost analysis and also vendor relations and buyers is prepared. A system is put in operation 8/19/13 The number of active users of a system after end of the second stage of implementation of the project - 300. 300 jobs placed at 10 unitary enterprises of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen of the Russian Ministry of Health are automated. Creation of effective tools was result of this stage of the project for:

• operational accounting of the movement of raw materials, semi-finished products and products in production;
• the accounting and the analysis arising in costs
• estimates of cost value of semi-finished products and products.

System implementation of Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPO Mikrogen gave to company management opportunities of obtaining complete and reliable information in the most different analytical cuts and as a result, flexible management by resources of the company and increase in its competitiveness, to services of productions – to increase efficiency in the directions. Employees of accounting services received the tool for accounting in full accordance with requirements of the legislation.
