Travel Retail of Domodedovo (LS Retail Navision)

The Travel Retail of Domodedovo company, the operator of shops of the Duty Free format at the Moscow Domodedovo Airport, completed business process automation using the Microsoft Business Solution Navision 4.0 software product and the specialized solution for management of retail of LS Retail NAV. Implementation of systems was executed by IBS company (file). Within the project all range of business processes on work with goods is automated, including: maintaining the range, loading of the reference book of goods from the central database, maintaining certificates with tracking of terms of their action, pricing and a loyalty system, sales of goods in shops, customs procedures, preparation of the customs reporting, unloading of data on sales for the central database, unloading of data for an accounting system and also supply management, management of a warehouse and commodity logistics.

In the ERP system business processes specific to duty-free trade are also considered: accounting of goods in different customs regimes, sales accounting at round-the-clock operation of shop, settlings with buyers in any currency.

Now a system functions at the central office of the company, in a warehouse and in shop. In a system 15 users work. In plans of the company replication of a system on new shops of retail chain stores.

According to the CEO "Travel Retail of Domodedovo" Sergey Govorushko, the created system will allow to improve business processes of the company, including, to debug vendor interaction and head office, to correspond to the set customs procedures and requirements for providing the reporting, including to react timely to changes of regulations and also to try to obtain growth of level of customer satisfaction.
