PTC Servigistics InService MRO

PTC Servigistics InService MRO is a scalable solution of a corporate class for increase in efficiency of a MRO of the enterprises in transport industry: aircraft, river or sea vessels, city, railway or military transport.

On July 1, 2014 the PTC Inc company, presented to the Russian market the solution PTC Servigistics InService MRO.

Servigistics InService MRO is integrated simply and quickly, scaled. There is a possibility of process optimization of a MRO – from planning of engineering tasks before accomplishment of shop works.

Using MRO system tools engineers and technicians can solve planned and unplanned problems of maintenance. For this purpose in PTC Servigistics InService MRO intuitive access facilities to maintenance guides of transport, the illustrated directories of parts, instructions for repair of constructions, the guides to identification and troubleshooting, temporary documentation versions, descriptions of the changes offered by customers and any other sources of information on parts, nodes, repair and service are developed.

• PTC Servigistics InService MRO is the configured platform according to requirements of the specific enterprise. The module Job Card Generator (JCG) helps to automate process of generation of process charts which contain all technical information necessary for hardware maintenance. Revision Manager simplifies verification process and integration of the updated information on parts and maintenance arriving from producers.

• The Information Delivery application gives to the largest producers the chance to dynamically provide service information in the most different formats and in different languages. The interactive system on the basis of the PTC Servigistics Service Center browser allows to use three-dimensional visual navigation aids to go to specific products, procedures and parts which can be required in the course of implementation of maintenance and support by both technical specialists, and customers.
