On July 11, 2014 the Etton company, Rostelecom and NPO "Fund of an overhaul of a common property of apartment houses of the Lipetsk region" announced agreement signature about implementation of an information system "The Lipetsk region. Electronic housing and public utilities. Overhaul".

An overhaul - a system - an information and analytical complex for control and management of programs of an overhaul of a common property of apartment houses. A system is adjusted to operating conditions of the Lipetsk region and is a unique product for this reason.

Fund the partner companies custom-make works on automation of the regional operator of an overhaul.

Project Progress

Step-by-step activation of a system continues: the module "Billing Center" – the information system which is responsible for cash flow according to programs of overhaul is put into operation. Collaboration in entering of data into the modules "Monitoring of Housing Stock", "Formation of regional is conducted programs", Billing center and "Uniform Web portal". The next stage will bring into operation the modules "Overhaul" and "Housing inspectorate".

"Implementation of the new software product allows to have first of all complete information and analytical base on all apartment houses of the Lipetsk region and also from the moment of the beginning of payment of contributions the program will allow to control contributions of owners of MCD to an overhaul. It is an unconditional step forward as will allow to automate in a complex many processes in the Program of an overhaul, to carry out full monitoring of all housing stock of the Lipetsk region and also to create the unified information register of owners", – Alexander Kozin, the director Fonda of an overhaul of a common property of apartment houses of the Lipetsk region noted.

Project Results

Start of the first components of a system, helped to estimate degree of wear of infrastructure and to reveal percent of the shabby and hazardous dwelling. On the basis of the up-to-date data entered into the system created the register of houses and constructed long-term and short-term regional programs for recovery of housing stock of the Lipetsk region.

In June, 2014 trial receipts on overhaul payment are created. Samples are sent to owners of property of apartment houses for acquaintance. It is supposed that the payment receipt from owners will begin in September, 2014.

Citizens will be able to control cash flows using a uniform informational portal of an overhaul. On the portal owners will obtain all information on balance of their personal account, characteristics of housing stock and programs of an overhaul.
