A system allows to build daily relevant profits and loss statements, cash flow statements, balance statements.

Detailing of reports

All reports can be detailed on the periods, the CFD, groups of goods, etc. Any digit of the report can be opened in the list of elementary transactions.

Double record

All data in a system are stored in a type of the postings created by the principle of double record. It guarantees correctness of the reporting.

Data loading

Data can be loaded from primary systems, in particular from 1C. When loading changes, adding and removals of data are monitored that allows to process changes "backdating" in primary systems without risk of "zadvoyeniye".

Rules of transformation

Data of primary systems can be automatically transformed when loading to the system of the management reporting for reflection of account policy of the company. Also manual entry of adjustments is possible.

Consolidation

A system effectively solves problems of consolidation of the management reporting in groups and holdings. You will be able not only to bring together digits on the different companies, but also it is correct to select and reflect intra group sales.

Differentiation of access rights

User rights can be separated on accounts, analysts, types of the permitted transactions and other parameters. It will allow to limit possibilities of each user only to those functions which are necessary for him.

Audit of work with a system

In a system there is "trace" from each action of the user, allows to recover it "who as when" did. In particular, postings in a system are never removed (are only reversed) and each wiring stores a user name and time of making changes to within a second.

High performance

All reports in base from 1 million postings are generated during 2 with on the ordinary notebook.

Development History

2018: Release of version 5.8

In March, 2018 the FinGrad company announced release of version 5.8 of the FinGrad — Management Accounting system. According to the developer, the speed of creation of reports and information search in reference books for bases with a data volume from 200 million postings and more is considerably increased. Some more improvements which do reports more evident are added, and work with them — it is more convenient, specified in the company.

The FinGrad company listed the main changes of version 5.8:

• Creation of any report based on from 250 million postings takes less than 10 seconds now.
• Time of start of the client application and consumption of RAM is twice reduced.
• Support of automatic switching to mirror base is added if the primary server is temporarily unavailable.
• Delays in operation of application at interruptions of communication with the database are eliminated.
• The client application is optimized for work on slow wireless connections.
• Automatic update works even if the computer is switched off for the weekend.
• Search in reference books with a large number of formular columns is accelerated.
• Support of Microsoft SQL 2017 is added.
• Support Microsoft SQL 2012/2014 and Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 _ne_ is stopped by R2.

Reports

• Percent when comparing reports with previous year are added.
• The percent from revenue in the profit and loss statement and in the cash flow statement is added.
• Diagrams for comparisons the plan/fact and this/last year are added.

Imports

• iiko. Import from is accelerated twice. Import of prepayments of IIKO and division of payments into cash/non-cash is added. Import of returns, internal transfers and goods issue slips is added.
• 1C. Support 1sx64 and support of several charts of accounts in import is added.
• Rkeeper6: import of complex dishes and import of delivery is added. RKeeper7: the admission of remote checks is added.

2015: Release of version 5.1

On September 30, 2015 the FinGrad company announced release of updating of the FinGrad — Management Accounting system^[1].

According to developers, "FinGrad is Management accounting" version 5.1 helps:

• send reports on e-mail, without quitting the system;
• select color of dependent postings for any rule;
• import the Ukrainian bank statements.

At requests of clients from the restaurant sector, to support of import from StoreHouse 4, R-Keeper 6 iiko import from a system is also added R-Keeper 7.

In release localization errors are corrected, the design is finished, problems with periodic changes of signs of values in the payment schedule are fixed. The updated product is available to users.

2014: Release of version 4.6

On July 14, 2014 the FinGrad company announced availability of new release of software "FinGrad there is Management Accounting" version 4.6.

New opportunities

• Weekly detailing in the analytical report;
• An opportunity to present the periods of detailing of reports in the form of range of dates or names ("January 2014", "1 quarter 2014", "Week 15", etc.);
• Creation of the report of DDS based on the analytical report;
• Possibilities of templates are significantly expanded and processed;
• Loading of columns of reference books when importing from 1C of v8.

Functionality

• Diagrams: formatting of large numbers is improved (20000 => 20,000);
• Dependent postings: new features and the improved diagnostics of errors;
• Import from 1C: correct import yur the person which name begins with a space;
• Users it is also right: the improved management of the rights of the deputy;
