1C: A quality management system (1C:CMK) - this project is directed to rendering the methodological help at quality management system implementation on the basis of ISO9001 standard in the firms entering into 1C: Franchising network.

Main objective of the project – quality improvement of implementations of the software products "1C: Enterprise" and also qualities of the services rendered by firms franchisees.

Within project "1C:CMK" the standard quality management system representing a set of procedures (internal documents) regulating the works connected with implementation of the software products "1C: Enterprise" is developed. Procedures are constructed so that at implementation work total quality control was reached most. The packet of standard documentation represents a set of documentary procedures, instructions, forms of the documents and records on quality providing quality management of implementations, its maintenance up to standard and continuous improvement.

The developed documentation is designed to facilitate works on implementation of SMK for the purpose of its further development.

Certification passing can become a logical conclusion of process of system implementation of quality. Certification is a voluntary procedure which is carried out in ISO by 9001 firms having the corresponding license (accreditation). Presence at the company of the certificate demonstrates that the company is well organized, in it duties, procedures are accurately distributed, the technology of work is observed, there are operational instructions, documentary and known to all personnel, control procedure of the performed works and, of course, the professional and well trained personnel capable to qualitatively perform the work. In other words, demonstrates that the quality system of the company is capable to provide and improve quality of the goods and services.

Creation of the quality system rather labor-intensive process. Obviously, not all firms franchisees will approach certification at the same time even if started together owing to objective circumstances, such as, structure of firm, regional features, training of personnel. But to creation of the quality system or input of separate essential elements of the quality system, we call all franchisees aiming to make the firm competitive in the market of information services.

The certification process consists of two parts:

  • Verification of documentation connected with the quality system regarding compliance to its ISO 9001
  • Verification of the existing quality system on its compliance to the submitted documentation.

1C Company provides voluntary certification of franchasing firms on ISO 9001. Creation of the quality system and certification will involve additional costs from 1C and franchasing firms. The specified costs should pay off due to improving competitiveness as a result of growth of quality. Certification on ISO 9001 highly is quoted in Russia and abroad and gives additional marketing benefits to implementation firm.

Process of creation of the quality system does not come to an end with obtaining the certificate. This process continues all the time of existence of firm. The rules ISO of series 9000 require that independent auditors visited the enterprise at least once a year and made sure of correctness of the company to the principles of the standard. Otherwise certification can be nullified.

As certification there undergoes the quality system, it should be previously created by firm franchisee and should work. Use of the developments offered by 1C Company within project "1C:CMK" will allow firm franchisee to reduce significantly costs for creation and certification of the quality system.
