Dry (Oracle Primavera P6 Analytics)

On July 15, 2014 it became known of the beginning of creation of a project management information system and programs on the basis of the software of Oracle Primavera P6 in JSC Sukhoi Company. The partner the Borlas consulting group is selected from the project based on the tender.

Project Tasks

Creation of a new information system is directed to use of modern techniques of network and resource planning, project management, subprogrammes and programs, including use of the advanced IT tools for support of the corresponding processes. The project provides complete replacement of the outdated system of scheduling and network planning Open Plan Professional existing in Sukhoi Design Bureau by Oracle Primavera.

On the basis of the solution Oracle Primavera it is necessary to provide

• automation of planning and control of execution of all projects of the company;
• maintaining in a system for each draft of diagrams of implementation with interrelations between the enlarged and detailed works;
• joint works of employees in a system on projects, subprogrammes and programs, differentiation of access rights;
• integration of Oracle Primavera with already used IT systems, including integration with KISU on the basis of Oracle E-Business Suite;
• information support of processes of management of projects and programs in all necessary analytical cuts.

Project Progress

Enter borders of an implementation project Corporate command center aircraft holding (Moscow), Sukhoi Design Bureau branch (Moscow) and also branches plants "Novosibirsk Aircraft Factory (NAF) of V.P. Chkalov" and "Komsomolsk-on-Amur aircraft factory (KNAAZ) of Yu.A. Gagarin".

The approximate number of users of a system will make 100 people that will allow holding to improve project management, having provided all participants with a uniform information field.

Start of a system in experienced and production operation in the Corporate center and Sukhoi Design Bureau is planned for fall of 2014.
