KOMTEK automates processing of requests

On July 16, 2014 it became known of project completion of automation in KOMTEK transport company. As a technology basis software BIT is used : Forwarding. Installation of the solution is carried out by specialists of The First BIT company.

Project Tasks

Accounting of the arriving requests to the companies was carried out manually, to Excel. Over time growth of the company and number of requests for cargo transportation led to the fact that opportunities of Excel became insufficiently. For automation of work with requests and improvements of accounting selected the software solution BIT. Forwarding – own development of the First BIT.

Project Results

Automation of jobs of logistical managers helped:

• accelerate acceptance and execution of client requests for transportations;
• calculate carrier cost automatically;
• simplify formation of a packet of accompanying documents;
• control running state of requests;
• keep operational, accounting and managerial account in uniform base without data loss, avoiding excess errors.
