The center of the solution Synqera is the software which not only collects the depersonalized data from the loyalty program, POS and ERP systems of network, but also enriches them with information on reaction of buyers, given from business partners and Internet resources, for example, of payment systems and a weather forecast.

All collected information is analyzed in a cloud for detection of needs of buyers, the hidden behavior models and commodity preferences.

Analyzing all acquired information and analysis results, the solution shows content interesting to each specific buyer. Moreover it will recognize mood of the buyer and his reaction to the received content, adapting the message in real time as contextual advertizing online.
