Content

On July 16, 2014 it became known of the project of optimization of terms of construction and ensuring quality of installation and construction works South Ural GRES-2 within the planned budget. The project is complete on PLM- the platform Dassault Systemes. The contractor in the project the company Neolant.

Project Tasks

Construction and commissioning of the South Ural GRES-2 (YuGRES-2) will increase reliability of power supply of consumers of Chelyabinsk region and will provide a possibility of decommissioning of an obsolete equipment of the operating South Ural GRES.

Partners were faced by a problem of creation of structure of model of a construction YuGRES-2 and transfer/acceptance of a 3D model of an object including semantic data.

The Teploelectroproject Institute company which designed YuGRES-2 uses an automated design engineering system (CAD) of AVEVA PDMS in the work. The general contractor of construction – NIAEP-ASE applies to effective management of construction of capital objects of power the Multi-D system on the basis of the Dassault Systemes applications. The format of the 3D model of an object designed in AVEVA PDMS CAD "is not read" [1]

Project Progress

For ensuring transfer of a 3D model from AVEVA PDMS XMpLant converting mechanisms are configured. For creation of structure of model of a construction YuGRES-2 and acceptance of a 3D model of an object with semantic data from XMpLant tuning of the Dassault Systemes applications used in Multi-D technology is performed. Transfer of YuGRES-2 model from AVEVA PDMS is carried out to the Multi-D system and verification of completeness of transfer of model.

Analyzing a situation, experts NEOLANT suggested to use the XMpLant tools of Noumenon Consulting Ltd company for the solution of an assigned task.

Project Results

The customer had an opportunity to use the Multi-D technology approved at a construction of objects of nuclear power for effective planning and construction management of heat supply facility that allowed to optimize expenses on a construction. Transfer of an information model in the Multi-D system on the basis of Dassault Systemes technologies is executed of AVEVA PDMS CAD in Russia for the first time.

  1. by the Multi-Dtekhnologiya Multi-D system is directed to optimization of installation and construction works and based on detailed planning of the sequence of working activities. A main objective of use of Multi-D technology is reduction of terms of a construction of the power unit of the NPP. Use of technology allows to plan precisely the diagram of a construction and to solve the problems connected with a construction stage on blueprint stage. This technology supplements traditional expert and directive approach to planning of SMR at which terms of execution of works are established taking into account expert evaluations of duration of each stage. Multi - D - model includes full three-dimensional model of an object (3D), information on scheduling and network planning (4D), information on a configuration, complete set and supply of materials and equipment (5D); and also data on labor, technical and other resources for a construction of the power unit (6D).
