Atomenergoproekt develops information support of design processes

On June 24, 2014 it became known of the project in NIAEP-ASE - development of a system of end-to-end information support of design processes at a construction of difficult objects of power. The partner in the project Neolant company. Technology platform of the ENOVIA V6 project.

Project Tasks

The customer pursued the aims:

• cost reduction, connected with search of up-to-date information in the different systems;
• increase in efficiency of decision making.

Partners made the decision on achievement of effective objectives at the expense of data in the unified information system of the data necessary for design, a complete set and construction of objects of capital construction.

Project Progress

Data transmission mechanisms in ENOVIA V6 are developed and implemented:

• The scheduling and network diagram from the Primavera application.
• Graphics of design (information on release of documents) and diagram of purchases and deliveries from Microsoft application of Excel.

Project Results

Are provided with completion of works in the project:

• Transfer of any attributive structure on works from Primavera in ENOVIA V6.
• Comparison of information which is contained in scheduled plans of design, complete set and construction of an object. It allows to define and permit collisions between these diagrams and to manage effectively process of a construction.
• The user interface IS/OG on the ENOVIA V6 platform is implemented.

Tools of formation of the uniform scheduling and network diagram on the basis of comparison of information which is contained in schedules of design, a complete set and construction of an object are created.

A ready system maintains functionality:

• creation of projects and tasks;
• adding of users and distribution of access rights;
• creation of cards of documents, equipment, tasks and determination of their attributes;
• management of audits and document revisions;
• search of cards of documents, equipment, tasks of attributive structure;
• notification of users;
• analysis of collisions of the uniform scheduling and network diagram.

Thus, JSC NIAEP - Became ASE Ltd the first company which developed a management system for lifecycle of nuclear power station. Moreover, the solutions Dassault Systèmes are suitable for integration and data management from third-party producers of the systems of design that allows to integrate information models of different specialties in a single system and without data loss.

Thanks to the innovation Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform (and the solutions CATIA, ENOVIA and DELMIA entering it), JSC NIAEP - ASE Ltd developed Multi-D technology which allows to model in details construction processes on the basis of information 3D model of an object. As a result it is possible to reduce time of construction and to reduce costs, to increase efficiency, quality and reliability of the constructed nuclear power stations.
