T-Systems signed the SLA agreement with Rostelecom

On July 21, 2014 years the T-Systems company announced signing of Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the telecom operator Rostelecom about providing telecommunication services.

Project Tasks

In the Russian Federation the company T-Systems offers telecommunication services, such as assessment and optimization of network, installation and setup of local networks (LAN) construction of virtual private networks based on the international network platform MPLS Deutsche Telekom in partnership with the Russian cameramen.

Project Progress

SLA describes all process of a preliminary request and the order, acceptance of service in operation, changes of conditions, provides terms of reply to the requests and also terms of providing data transmission channels according to global standards of T-Systems. The signed service agreement sets terms of the solution of abnormal technical issues and sets process of interaction between the companies within carrying out planned works.

Evgeny Sekerin, the vice president of Rostelecom for work with telecom operators, noted: "The Deutsche Telekom group is the known world brand with high reputation.
