"Gazprom mezhregiongaz Stavropol" prepares for subscribers a personal account

On July 17, 2014 it became known of the project of creation of "A personal account of the subscriber" by request of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Stavropol LLC. The project was executed by Business of IT company.

Project Results

Specialists developed Business of IT and brought a personal account of the company where up-to-date information on subscribers contains into operation. Since July, 2014 subscribers of the cities of Stavropol and Nevinnomyssk can use a personal account. Further 31 more branches (area) will be connected to a personal account.

Works are performed:

• Collecting and the requirement description to a personal account;

• Development of the central base "Portal" to which data on subscribers from district subscriber bases are transferred;

• Development of external modules in subscriber bases for data transmission about the subscribers who received the password of access to a personal account in branch;

• Development of the website of a personal account;

• Development of functionality of a personal account:

• Viewing information on the subscriber;

• Viewing information on metering devices;

• Viewing information on the history of charges and payments;

• Viewing information on history of metering devices;

• Transfer to a personal account of indications of metering devices;

• Formation of receipts in a personal account;

• An opportunity to leave the request for the controller's call.
