Rosreestr will create the federal knowledge base

In 2014 Rosreestr is going to create the Federal knowledge base of department. As it appears from the project documentation published in July, it is necessary for ensuring effective work of staff of Rosreestr, Cadastral chamber, MFC, operators of the Departmental center of telephone service of Rosreestr and building of process of mutual information exchange between them. Also the knowledge base will provide with up-to-date information about services of users of the official site of Rosreestr.

Works are implemented within the direction on development and improvement of an order of providing state services in the field of the cadastral registration assuming, in particular, actions for improvement of interaction between consumers and suppliers of state services.

Rosreestr integrates the Federal knowledge base with the website and will open access to its data for external users

"Active growth of popularity of services of Rosreestr, including electronic, expansion of MFC network, rendering services within "one window", result in need of implementation of the Federal knowledge base which is intended for consolidation of knowledge of data domain, providing information for the staff of MFC, maintaining uniform base of explanations on core activities of Rosreestr", said in the project documentation.

Rosreestr explains that the knowledge base which is already used in department cannot provide completeness of contents, sufficient for operational work of staff of MFC, and is unsuitable for the publication in open access for users of the official site of Rosreestr as information provided in it is specified under needs of operators of the center of telephone service at the answer to questions of applicants by phone.

Besides, the base is available only from internal network of Rosreestr, but not through the Internet, is not integrated with the official site of Rosreestr, not expected the loading arising during the work of staff of Rosreestr and MFC and needs updating of the existing knowledge.

The federal knowledge base of Rosreestr will provide consolidation of information on data domain in a single system, the systematic and regulated supply with this information of staff of Rosreestr, Cadastral chamber, MFC and operators of the telephone center and also a possibility of viewing information with differentiation of access rights. Also the base will be integrated with the official site of Rosreestr for ensuring access to its information from external users.
