The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of South Ossetia automates treasurer budget implementation

On July 23, 2014 it became known of an implementation project of an automated system of treasurer budget implementation in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of South Ossetia using a product of Keysystems company of BUDGET SMART. Works in the project were performed by FINKOMM company.

Project Results

Implementation of automated information system of treasurer budget implementation is eaten according to the contract. Results are achieved:

• process of treasurer execution of the State Budget and also drawing up the budget reporting according to the existing budget legislation of the Republic of South Ossetia is automated;

• the system of the distributed, protected legally significant electronic document management at treasurer execution of the State Budget of the Republic of South Ossetia is created;

• employee performance of Management of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of South Ossetia, participants of budget process, and efficiency of their interaction is increased;

• control of transparency of transactions with budgetary funds, and also with the means received by receivers of means of the state budget of the Republic of South Ossetia from revenue-producing activities is automated;

• volumes of labor-consuming routine transactions are reduced, the quantity of the mistakes made at manual information processing is minimized; - time expenditure is reduced by preparation, granting and verification of the reporting;

• costs for the organization of collecting of the reporting due to reduction of labor input of system maintenance, reduction of transportation, clerical and other current expenses are reduced.
