The suburban passenger companies are affiliated enterprises of JSC "Russian Railways" and perform service of suburban rail passenger traffic in total of 11 territorial subjects of the federation.

In 2013 in connection with growth of a flow of documents the management of JSC Samarskaya PPK was faced the need of workflow automation and key business processes. As the solution of this task the THESIS system which Expanded edition was implemented in the organization in October, 2013 was selected.

Based on the THESIS ESM-system processes of registration, execution, approval of agreements and organizational and administrative documents, control of execution of orders of the head are automated.

"As a result of system implementation of TEZIS we managed to organize uniform document flow in all divisions of the company, to arrange workflows, to reduce search time of the necessary documents that in total increased efficiency of our work. Now employees have a convenient searching tool of the necessary documents, and heads have a mechanism of control of performing discipline and assessment of real employee occupation. In general, the electronic document management system helped to organize effectively a common information space in all company", – the head of JSC Samarskaya PPK Silantyev Evgeny Vyacheslavovich comments. Relying on successful experience of use of a system in the Samara PPK, PPK Black Earth and Bashkortostan PPK also stopped the choice on EDMS THESIS.

As a result of system implementation of TEZIS in each of three organizations a common information space was created, process of work with documents became simpler, approval of documents began to proceed quicker, the efficiency of decision making increased, and control of execution of instructions became more transparent.
