UK "Housewarming" implements the automation equipment of management accounting

On July 24, 2014 specialists of the First BIT in St. Petersburg announced accomplishment of a complex of works on automation of a budgeting system in Novoselye management company using the specialized software product on 1C: Enterprise platform 8 – BIT .FINANS.

Project Tasks

Automation of a management system for finance for solving of tasks was required for the management of UK "Housewarming":

• To quickly plan budgets;
• Manage agreements;
• To timely consolidate actual data on all financial performance.

For project implementation the construction enterprise addressed experts of The First BIT company. One of selection terms: First BIT − solution designer of BIT .FINANS.

Project Results

According to the results of system implementation of BIT .FINANS in the construction organization results are achieved:

• The management system for budgets and agreements is built;
• Formation of summary reports takes no more than 2 hours instead of 3 days now as it was earlier;
• Collecting the plan fact of budgets in management company is automatically performed.
