"The Tula bread-baking complex" implements an enterprise management system

On July 28, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced completion of implementation in Tulsky hlebokombinat Ltd of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product. Integrator in the project SoftExpert company.

Project Tasks

Automation of Tulsky hlebokombinat Ltd is executed on the basis of separate software products: "1C: Accounting 7.7", "LIM-corporation" developed independently programs.

At a certain stage of development there was a need for an end-to-end system of the automation capable to work locally at each of bakeries, but at the same time providing collecting and the analysis of summary information on plant in general.

analyzing the market of products, a choice was made for benefit of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

As the partner in implementation the SoftExpert company is selected.

Project Progress

As of July 28 are automated and put into operation of a subsystem:

• Cash management
• Product data management – structure of a product
• Order management of buyers
• Purchase management
• Inventory management
• Production management
• Products cost accounting
• Sales management

Project Results

Work is conducted in a distributed database. Data from three plants accumulate in one administrative base where the main work on their analysis and use is conducted. All primary information is entered on bakeries.

During implementation completions on production management, taking into account interchangeability, backlogs and mechanisms of closing of change are executed, mechanisms of use of analogs and storage of flour on bunkers were finished, the functionality is developed for management of transportations, an expedition and logistics. The mechanism of accounting of humidity of raw materials as a part of specifications and some other completions of the normative reference information was developed for production.

Essential result of implementation was the fact that the enterprise received the modern automation system meeting all requirements of the legislation, providing great opportunities for the analysis of the current activity.
