"KSS-RUS" involved integrator subcontractor in creation of IT infrastructure on an object

On July 28, 2014 the center of computer MAY technologies announced completion of works on creation of IT infrastructure of a finished goods warehouse of KSS-RUS LLC.

Project Tasks

In 2014 KSS-RUS LLC ended construction of the logistic platform which is a part of a complex on production of polyvinylchloride of Rusvinil LLC in the city of Kstovo of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

One of key stages in the course of construction of the logistic platform by request of Rusvinil LLC - creation of the IT infrastructure of a finished goods warehouse providing the high level of quality of accounting of the movement of goods at all stages of its logistic activity.

"Before us there was a problem of ensuring the most effective functioning of a finished goods warehouse. It was impossible without the organization in its territory of the whole complex of IT solutions - from creation of a cable system, installation of the equipment and the software before their consolidation in uniform reliable IT infrastructures. Project Progress

Within project implementation specialists "TsKT "MAY" performed a complex of works:

• design, delivery of the necessary equipment and installation of a structured cabling system based on NIKOMAX SCS;
• delivery of server and network equipment, personal computers, printing equipment, scanners of barcodes;
• covering Wi-fi network of all territory ^{of a finished goods warehouse of 16 thousand sq.m};

installation, setup and testing of operability of the equipment and software; creation of a storage system.

Project Results

With project completion on a finished goods warehouse of KSS-RUS LLC the automated system of storage and movement of products is created that makes processes of collecting and data recording fast and exact, minimizes an error probability in work of personnel, simplifies processes of a goods turnover.

"For solving of tasks, delivered by the customer, we implemented in a warehouse modern technology of automatic identification of shaped coding of goods using special scanners which read out information from barcodes, decode it and transfer on a wireless communication link to the server where it is processed and stored.
