Svyazcom completed integration of the DMS platform for MTS Belorus

The Russian developer "Svyazcom" completed the works on installation of the Svyazcom.SMS-Settings platform in network of the largest operator of Republic of Belarus of SOOO "Mobile TeleSystems" (TM 'MTS'). As the technical partner in project implementation the system integrator Neoinfokom LLC (Belarus) acted.

The DMS platform provides the following functionality:

• Automatic sending settings of services of GPRS-Internet, WAP, MMS after registration of the mobile phone in network of the operator.
• Automatic sending settings of services after change of the SIM card or the mobile phone.
• The independent order the subscriber of parameters of necessary services by means of the SMS, USSD, IVR.
• Carrying out mailings of autotunes according to the list of subscribers.

Providing statistical information and detailed reports for the marketing analysis and effective planning of advertizing campaigns — information on devices of subscribers in networks of the operator (producer, model, the supported technologies, the history of change of devices), the sent settings and many other things.

Selection of the most probable settings for new models of devices which are not in databases of the operator.

The Svyazcom.SMS-Settings platform simplifies the procedure of setup of the mobile Internet and VAS services for subscribers that increases penetration of services and raises operator income. The database of models of mobile phones, their settings and properties is updated monthly.

Also Svyazcom.SMS-Settings supports own SMSC for delivery of autotunes and the notifications sent by the platform.
