Project date: 2014/02  - 2014/07

On July 29, 2014 Compulink Group reported about participation in the project of creation of automated process control systems of the November head pump station of a trunk product line "Purovsky ZPK – Southern Balyksky GNS – Tobolsk-Neftekhim", belonging to SIBUR company.

Project Progress

Within the project specialists of Compulink Group developed the work documentation and the software, performed installation and construction works on installation and connection of the equipment of an APCS, system of the guaranteed power supply. Commissioning of the new equipment is carried out, integration of an APCS with the system of local automatic equipment of trunk pumps and an APCS of ShFLU transport of the November head pump station is executed.

Automation of the November head pump station will increase technological level of an object and quality of conducting technology process that will lower operating costs for service and repair of the equipment. Besides, implementation of an APCS will reduce influence of a human factor on control functions and control of technology process that along with the special systems of protection will significantly increase industrial and environmental safety of an object, minimizing risks of occurrence of extreme situations.

"The November pump station – one of key objects of a product line on which ShFLU arrives on Tobolsk-Neftekhim. Within construction of this trunk it was necessary to reorganize the station and to create an APCS who should control and manage all processes participating in transfer and storage of ShFLU. In total 13 objects which were united afterwards in a single system which manages all complex were automated" - Pavel Egorikhin, the marketing director of Compulink Group told.
"Implementation of an APCS and commissioning of the block of trunk pumps will allow to increase considerably the capacity of the November head pump station. Compulink Group successfully coped with an assigned task on development and deployment of an APCS that led to increase in production efficiency and quality of management of technology processes at the station. Stability of the set characteristics of technology process taking into account antiabnormal protection became key criterion of quality of work of an APCS" – Alexander Safronov, the head of department of design of an APCS and STS of Zapsibtransgaz noted.

Automation of the November head pump station is the first stage of the project including also automation of the Southern Balyksky pump station.
