The partner of 1C Company in the Black Earth the ANT-HILL Company automated 13 retail stores of Milavitsa lingerie in Voronezh, Lipetsk and Stary Oskol. The system created on the basis of the 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Retail 8 software products helped to improve the assortment policy of shops, to improve service of buyers, to offer them additional services and services. The company management can obtain in real time the up-to-date data necessary for acceptance of the management decisions aimed at the further development of shops now.
The Belarusian company "Milavitsa" one of the largest producers of lingerie in Eastern Europe. Products of the company differ in high quality and original design. It is on sale through 600 franchasing shops in 23 countries of the world. Among partners of this network - the Voronezh company "Ladies' Pleasures" which owns thirteen brand stores "Milavitsa" in Voronezh, Lipetsk and Stary Oskol.
The Ladies Pleasures company aims at that in each of its shops the lineup of goods was provided as it is possible more widely therefore the possibility of operating control of a remaining balance and timely formation of supplier orders is important for the company. Also the company is interested in increase in efficiency of the retail network, and it directly depends on loyalty of buyers. Therefore the management pays much attention to service quality of buyers and development of the different marketing programs directed to increase in the sales demand.
Earlier it was difficult to management to control existence of goods in outlets and to plan purchases. There was not enough up-to-date information about volumes and profitability of sales for formation of effective programs of a customer loyalty. Besides, the company should provide regularly the reporting to the management of franchasing network "Milavitsa", to manually create sales reports in 13 remote points was difficult and labor-consuming.
The company needed an information system which would help with the solution of these tasks. For automation of the central office of network the 1C: Trade Management 8 program, for shops - 1C: Retail 8 was selected. The ANT-HILL Company with which the retail chain stores already had a long-term experience of successful cooperation became the partner in implementation.
Project implementation allowed Milavitsa shops to improve service of buyers. For example, if earlier the buyer wanted to purchase goods which were not available, the seller could only ring round other outlets and specify existence of these goods there, keeping the buyer waiting. Now, being based on the data from an information system, the seller can answer immediately to the buyer whether there are such goods in other shops of network and when the next delivery of these goods is expected. Sale design process happens much quicker now, it was succeeded to reduce several times time of stay of the buyer at the checkout.
The new information system allows company management to create assortment policy, to plan marketing actions, sales and other actions for maintenance of the sales demand, being based on reliable data about sales. A new system allows to offer sellers goods at the smallest price, without risking to cause a loss of the company at the same time.
Automation allowed to look at the organization of work with discount cards in a new way. Holders of discount cards are more than 200 thousand people and practically each purchase is made using the card. An opportunity to trace the history of purchases of the client according to the card became an important innovation. Now the seller can instantly obtain information on all goods (models, flowers and the sizes) which were purchased by the client for lease time the discount card. Such information allows to pick up quicker and more precisely model necessary to the buyer. It, for example, perfectly helps men who purchase linen as a gift to the ladies.
Except Milavitsa shops of Ladies Pleasures company in Voronezh also the network of restaurants and banquet rooms "Italian court yard" belongs. Using a new system it was succeeded to integrate discount programs of these restaurants and Milavitsa shops. It allowed to improve the marketing policy of both networks, to raise a customer loyalty, both in shops, and at restaurants.
A new system allowed to automate a number of routine transactions - to accelerate goods acceptance in shops, to simplify return of defective goods to the supplier.
A system gave to company executives the chance at any time to obtain any data on work of shops necessary for acceptance of management decisions and also to prepare the reporting for the management of franchasing network "Milavitsa".
