The software of nonzenon is intended for automation of trade in small networks of retail stores (or single shops). The trading system is founded on web technologies that allows to create very quickly new jobs on outlets. Different roles of users are provided in a system: director, administrator and seller/shop. Work of software requires only the device with permanent Internet connection and the suitable web browser (a system works practically at any OS).

Basic functions of the automation system of trade

1. Creation of the directory of goods and their variations (with adding of any properties of goods).
2. Calculation of goods prices for the preset margin and rounding of the prices to the set multiplicity.
3. Sales of goods to the buyer from a warehouse (show-window) and also order placement on goods which are unavailable.
4. Automatic sale of commodity units from warehouses of other outlets in the absence of goods in the main warehouse.
5. Automatic check of the parameters of sale entered by the seller.
6. Printout of a set of the documents accompanying sales of goods.
7. Printing of price labels and price lists.
8. Viewing existence of goods in warehouses of all retail chain stores for the direction of the buyer in the relevant outlet.
9. Drawing up the list of the goods ordered by buyers (this list / request is sent to the supplier of goods).
10. Preserving of archive of sales, orders and also a remaining balance on warehouses per every day.
11. Commission of warehouse transactions (adding of goods, write-off, movement) and their control.
12. Control of activity of sellers and administrators (on the transactions made by them in the trading system).
13. the Possibility of change of logins and passwords at any time (for example, at dismissal of employees).
14. Report generation about activity of shops.
15. the Output of statistics for the analysis of a trading activity (in real time).
