  • arranges vendor relations. Loading and storage of price lists and commercial offers of suppliers allow not only to accelerate work of purchasing managers, but also exclude the choice of suppliers by non-market methods. At signing of the contracts with the fixed prices a system controls observance of the negotiated prices.
  • centralizes the procedure of drawing up supplier orders. It optimizes the cost of logistics and storage of goods, allows to formalize vendor relations and to eliminate unfair influence of personnel on drawing up orders.
  • receives effective management of stocks. The diagram of supplier orders is formed automatically proceeding from the analysis of sales of previous periods, minimum and maximum remaining balance, logistic characteristics of goods. The optimal load of a warehouse allows to avoid short-reception of profit and "freezing" of money, and automation of drawing up the order saves from influence of a human factor at assessment of necessary goods.
  • structures processes of management of the range in retail chain stores. Use of assortment matrixes allows to create optimal goods quantity at orders at suppliers, to support the necessary ratio of commodity groups in assortment of shop. Thanks to the fact that compliance of the range is controlled by a system at supplier orders tightly the central office has an opportunity to control deliveries to shops.
  • facilitates the procedure of delivery of the alcoholic declaration in regulatory authorities. Process of formation of the alcoholic declaration for delivery in FSRAR is automated. Possibilities of the accounting system allow to accelerate preparation of the reporting and to hand over data on the alcoholic declaration at the scheduled time for the respective region.

A system has special opportunities for individual requests of retail network:

  • synchronization of data of the normative reference information with the MERI system and loading of documents from this system. As a result the company has the uniform normative reference information in scales of all network, saves time and excludes errors at document creation.

Inna Bologa, the CEO of "Lokos", noted:
  • Today our company works in an automated system which completely covers commodity accounting in retail network of alcoholic products. Besides, there is an opportunity to control actions of shops in the central base. In all shops the same systems of accounting of sales and jobs of cashiers are operated that facilitates further automation of other shops and reduces dependence on a human factor. All shops are united in a common information space that allows to obtain operational information about activity of the company. The management had an opportunity to see objective assessment of activity of the enterprise.
