The startup of Mamagazin.ru implements ERP

On July 31, 2014 it became known of an implementation project of the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 by request of a startup of Mamagazin.ru. The consulting company Columbus takes part in the project.

Project Tasks

Several months prior to official start in Russia, the company began the project on automation of key business processes on the basis of solution Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Implementation of the ERP system of Mamagazin.ru conducts together with consulting company Columbus.

Project Progress

It is expected that the full-function management system will help to provide the centralized control of all cycle of merchandising of online store, further – will support development plans for business of Mamagazin.ru.

The consulting Columbus command started main units of the solution for half a year. At the initial stage of implementation the project team of Columbus solved the problems svyashchanny with purchase management, deliveries and stocks in a warehouse, vendor relations, sales management and pricing of online store, accounting.

One of key areas of the created system – customer relationship management. With the help CRM- the module Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 the command Columbus automated work contact center Mamagazin.ru. A system is integrated by page IP telephony.

For the organization of data exchange with external systems of suppliers of Mamagazin.ru uses industry solution of Columbus Connectivity Studio. An ERP system is integrated with the CMS system of online store, the systems of the logistic operator and courier services.

Opening of Mamagazin.ru Internet hypermarket took place on July 1, 2014, but for July 31, 2014 the enterprise continues work in the test mode. Full opening of shop should happen at the beginning of October, 2014.
