Probusinessbank completed development of the management concept SOA projects

On July 31, 2014 it became known of the project of creation of the management concept SOA projects implemented by Neoflex company for Probusinessbank.

Project Tasks

The question of need of development of an IT landscape to go to SOA in connection with the dynamic growth of business of financial institutions of Group Life was accepted to discussion in 2012. Then the first project with participation of Neoflex - inspection of IT architecture of Group, completed by creation of model of a new landscape and the plan of its implementation started.

The next step - the description of methodology of creation of SOA solutions according to which specialists of the company keep the large-scale project of integration into an IT landscape of the Master Data Management (MDM) system. Thanks to MDM, all divisions of credit institution will have an opportunity to work with up-to-date qualitative information. At the same time SOA will provide timely data-refresh and access to them for all the system of bank.

Project Progress

The Probusinessbank selected Neoflex company, the leading system integrator in the field of banking technologies, for accomplishment of a large task of development of the methodology of maintaining SOA projects including the description of the principles of creation of architecture and lifecycle of SOA. As project deliverables FG Life received the description of the methodology of maintaining SOA projects adapted for an organization structure of credit institution and also a set of the standardized document templates and methodical applications according to which all integration projects will be executed further. Within the last year FG Life successfully puts the methodology offered Neoflex into practice.

Project Results
