Biography

Alexey was born on May 14, 1962 in the settlement May Day the Chita region.

In 1986 got an education at the Chita state medical institute as "Intensivist".

In 2002 studied in the Far East academy of public service in "The public and municipal administration".

Candidate of medical sciences.

From 1986 to 1987 worked as the doctor-intern of the Chita city hospital No. 1.

In 1987 and for 1990 worked the anesthesiologist of MSCh-107 of the city of Krasnokamensk.

From 1990 to 1992 worked as the attending physician of the II Medical institute of Moscow.

In 1992 passed to work as the anesthesiologist of maternity hospital No. 2, regional clinical city hospital of Chita, worked for 1997.

From 1997 to 1998 Butylsky worked as the vice-chairman of regional society of the Red cross.

In 1998 was given position assignment of the anesthesiologist of Edge city hospital of Chita where worked for 2000.

From 2000 to 2008 worked as the chief physician of the regional center for fight against AIDS.

In 2008 received a position of the First Deputy Minister of Health of Zabaykalsky Krai where worked for 2011.

Since 2011 Alexey Butylsky is the director of Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of Zabaykalsky Krai.

For August 1, 2014 Alexey Nikolaevich Butylsky works as the director of Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of Zabaykalsky Krai.
