Accounting of property in Municipality Administration City of Maloyaroslavets is automated

For automation of activity of Municipality Administration City of Maloyaroslavets was selected the software product "by 1C: Register of the state and municipal property. Basic version". Specialists delivered SoftExpert and installed the software product, customized a system under requirements of the customer, helped when entering opening balances and provided user training. As a result, the following types of activity are automated:

• formation and storage of data on objects of property and the persons having rights to property objects including formation of the corresponding cards of accounting;
• accounting of property complexes;
• setting of objects of property and also the persons having rights to property objects, to accounting in the register;
• removal of objects of property and the persons having rights to property objects from accounting in the register;
• object passing of property from the owner in treasury, from treasury to the owner and also between owners;
• registration of changes of data on objects of property and the persons having rights to property objects;
• formation of the statement from the register of the state and municipal property;
• formation, printing of statistical reporting on the objects of property and persons having rights to property objects.
