The State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg implements NFC technologies for protection of property

On August 4, 2014 the i-Free company announced the project of protection of the Peter and Paul Fortress in St. Petersburg implemented on the basis of the solution Time&Attendance (T&A) on the basis of NFC technology.

Project Results

The solution Time&Attendance (T&A) on the basis of NFC technology helps to organize effective protection of perimeter of the Peter and Paul Fortress, far off controlling work of staff of security company. Security guards, making patrol of the territory along the set route, put the mobile terminal to NFC tags - data on passing of a route instantly come to a control system. On the basis of these data the manager obtains the objective information about accomplishment of tasks online.

According to developers, using T&A service it is possible to receive the location information of security guards, the volume of the works performed by them at any time. This control method allows to refuse maintaining paper magazines in which security guards are usually marked out that creates additional conveniences.

Andrey Pristinsky, the head of telemetry in i-Free company, emphasized: "For us start of this service – really milestone event.
