KOMEKS: INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM OF MFC

Main objective of creation of the INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM of MFC is increase in efficiency of providing the public and municipal services by the multifunction centers according to the Federal Law of 7/27/2010 No. 210-FZ "About the organization of providing the public and municipal services" providing the public (municipal) services to physical persons and legal entities (Applicants) should be made on the basis of the minimum quantity of documents. At the same time the interdepartmental interaction necessary for rendering services (including necessary approvals, obtaining statements, references, etc.) is made without participation of the Applicant using the system of interdepartmental electronic information exchange.

The information program system of the multifunction centers (INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM of MFC) provides full automation of process of providing the public and municipal services by the multifunction centers, all possible options of their organization:

• providing the public and municipal services in the municipal entity a single multifunction center which do not have points of remote access;

• providing the public and municipal services in the municipal entity the single multifunction center having points of remote access;

• providing the public and municipal services in the territorial subject of the Russian Federation using the uniform central database server and the organization of an unlimited number of points of access in municipal entities.

• providing the public and municipal services in the territorial subject of the Russian Federation network multifunction the center of municipal entities with information warehousing on database servers of municipal entities.

The INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM of MFC incorporates the following main software modules:
