EDMS "Avilon" (system) is intended for solving of tasks of automation and the organization of the processes connected taking into account partners and document flow of agreements, accounting of court documents. Objects of works on creation of a system determine structural divisions of the company, the staff of divisions who is responsible for creation, approval and signing of contractual documents, delivery-acceptance certificates of works, acts of reconciliations of settlement, statements of claim.

Purposes of works

Increase in organization of works with partners and agreements; Ensuring effective control behind processes of approval on partners and agreements; Ensuring approval contractual and accounting of court documents according to the approved regulations by means of EDMS "Avilon"; Reduction of terms of approval of contractual documents due to approval process automation; The organization of accounting of transfer of originals of documents in responsible division (accounting); Reduction of paper document flow.

Tasks of works

Develop and approve with the customer functional requirements to an information system of processing of partners and agreements (business language); Develop and approve with the customer technical requirements to an information system of processing of partners and agreements (technical language); Requirements are subdivided into chapters according to semantic contents, each chapter of terms of reference is subdivided into functional and, if necessary, a technical part (if from a functional part all required completions are not obvious).
