The administration of Kamchatka Krai upgrades management of HR department

On August 6, 2014 it became known of the beginning of the project of upgrade of a personnel management system of the public civil service of Kamchatka Krai where the IT contractor states "PARUS Corporation".

Project Tasks

The purpose of complex control automation by the personnel of the public civil service — to increase efficiency of process, having provided at the same time exact compliance to the current legislation and to create base for further development of personnel technologies in regional authorities.

Svetlana Melikhova, the deputy chief of Head department — the head of department of questions of public service of Head department of the Governor and the Government of Kamchatka Krai concerning public service, to the personnel and awards, noted: "Earlier we used the program for registration of personnel developed for us by the local IT company. Over time in connection with the support termination the program ceased to meet both modern specifications, and regulations of the current legislation. Therefore to a new system serious requirements were formulated: on the one hand, we need a powerful and shirokofunktsionalny drawing product of large vendor with a support guarantee, at the same time it should be the flexible solution adapted for our requirements".

With automation project completion authorities of Kamchatka Krai will receive the modern tool providing operational management of the personnel, collection of data on personnel potential, the analysis of a status of the personnel including using multidimensional reports on the basis of OLAP technologies.

Until the end of 2014 on the uniform server of Governor apparatus and Government of Kamchatka Krai it is necessary to install a personnel system on the PARUS 8 platform to which regional executive authorities, only 31 departments will be connected.
