Infosuite. Management of educational institution

System "Infosuite. Management of educational institution" it is developed for educational institutions of different levels and scales based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

A system underwent voluntary certification of information and communication technologies in formation (System "INKOMTEHSERT", "INFORMIKASERT") on the basis of which the certificates certifying that the software product "Infosuite are received. Management of educational institution" conforms to requirements of national standards (GOST P 52655-2006 "The integrated information management system institution of higher professional education"), international standards, specifications and also State standards of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Module "Acceptance of Entrants and Professional Orientation Work"

The module "Acceptance of Entrants and Professional Orientation Work" allows to plan set and to create acceptance conditions in educational institution, to adopt statements on receipt and to create personal records of entrants, to make competitive selection and to create orders on transfer, to prepare the daily and final reporting under acceptance.

Module "Management of the Contingent"

The module "Management of the Contingent" is basic system module of management of educational institution, allows to keep account of personal data of students, to create personnel orders on student's structure, to monitor changes of the statuses of students and to create statistic reports on the contingent.

Module "Planning of Educational Process"

The module "Planning of Educational Process" allows to create base of the state educational standards (GOS and FGOS-3), to create baseline and working curricula on the basis of the state educational standards.

Module "Accounting and Control of Progress"

The module "Accounting and Control of Progress" allows to consider progress of students, to create orders on a session, group and individual sheets, to perform reoffset of disciplines when translating students, to prepare the reporting under progress of students. Use of a mark and rating system in accounting of progress is possible.

Module "Management of Settlement with Students"

The module allows to create agreements and supplementary agreements with students, to control a status of settlement with students, to consider existence of payment when forming orders on transfer and change of statuses of students, to create the directions on payment and to consider cash receipt.

Module "Budgeting, Control of DDS"

The module allows to plan budgets of the centers of the financial responsibility, to use any analysts, to control execution of budgets and to carry out the plan-fact analysis of budgets. The module is integrated with the system of accounting.

Module "Personnel Management and Payroll Calculation"

Provides a possibility of salary accrual to employees of educational institutions taking into account their specifics. Integration into the modules "Calculation of Load of Teachers" and "Formation of the Lesson Schedule" is implemented.

Module "Calculation of Load of Teachers"

The module "Calculation of Load of Teachers" allows to plan and consider the actual execution of classroom, scientific, educational and methodical and organizational and educational load of the faculty.

Module "Formation of the Lesson Schedule"

The module allows to create the schedule, effectively distributing classroom fund and teaching resources, to consider different criteria when planning – specialization of audiences, need of uniform distribution of load of students and teachers, availability of teachers, etc.

Module "Monitoring and Analysis of Activity"

The module allows to create different reports and indicators of activity of educational institution. It is intended for informing the management of educational institution.

Module "Portal of University"

Allows to organize effective interaction of university with entrants, students, employees, to make access to necessary information for each of these user groups simple and convenient.
