DIRECTUM system implementation project in Neftekhim Neftekhim Experimental Plant Ltd since 1993 specializes in development, implementation and production of the chemical reagents applied at production, transportation and oil refining and gas. The enterprise is engaged not only high technology production, but also is the scientific and technological center equipped with the modern equipment for synthesis, high-precision devices and testing methodologies of quality of the developed and produced goods. Consumers of products of the plant are the largest Russian oil and gas extraction companies, such as JSC TNK-BP, JSC Surgutneftegas, JSC Oil Company Lukoil, JSC ANC Bashneft, JSC Slavneft-MNG, JSC Rosneft, JSC Russneft.

Project Progress

Within project solutions business processes on registration of the entering and outgoing documents, pronouncement of resolutions, preparation and holding meetings, approval and registration of agreements were automated.

Also forces of specialists of Internet technologies company configure the connector to 1C: Enterprise which is intended for transparent, dynamic, bilateral data exchange between systems.

Comments and responses

Use of the DIRECTUM system allowed to increase performing discipline, to prevent a possibility of loss of information, to achieve reduction of time of employees in the course of creation, approval and signing of documents, to accelerate the key internal processes connected with document flow.

It is in the long term supposed to expand significantly a circle of the tasks solved by a system, having affected business processes, important for the enterprise, – project document flow, preparation of the tender documentation, management of performance indicators.
