System implementation of DIRECTUM in Chisty gorod Group

The Net City group - specializes in processing of secondary resources. Several years three main directions accustom here: utilization firmly - household waste by means of the selection collecting from legal entities and physical persons; garbage removal on the basis of use of modern technologies, the European standards; rendering clearing services - cleaning of outside territories of supermarkets, administrations and also internal premises.

Project Goals and Objectives

System implementation of DIRECTUM was directed to increase in effective management of business processes, optimization of control of accomplishment of tasks and the analysis of organization activity.

Project implementation on system implementation of DIRECTUM was enabled by forces of the authorized partner of DIRECTUM company – Internet technologies company. During this time specialists of the company conducted a research of the organization, optimal routes of the movement of the most demanded documents are developed, full advisory support is given to all divisions and employees involved in document flow.

Within the project the staff of Net City company was trained in the Center of the certified training of DIRECTUM of Internet technologies company on the job. In the organization modules Office, Contract management, Management of Meetings, "Interaction Management with Clients" were implemented.

Results

As a result of implementation at employees need to spend time for movement of "paper" on offices of the organization or to take away documents from office disappeared. There was a possibility of quick search of documents as all documents are stored in the single database. At the same time confidentiality of work with documents due to flexible purpose of access rights increased. The organization of preparation and holding meetings, approvals of the place and time, the list of participants, the agenda became simpler. The EDS mechanism implemented in a system allowed to transfer practically all internal document flow to an electronic form and to optimize reconciliation procedure of documents. Horizontal communications began to develop - now the staff of different divisions can issue tasks directly each other, having informed (in electronic form) direct heads.

Application of means of electronic document management allowed Net City Group to increase significantly efficiency of the business processes, to optimize works monitoring and to transfer the analysis of activity of all organization to qualitatively new level.
