Reg.ru starts a corporate portal

On August 13, 2014 it became known end of the first stage of implementation of a corporate portal of REG.RU hosting provider on the platform 1C-Bitrix.

Dynamic development of the domestic domain industry stimulates growth of the leading participants of the industry, in particular - expansion of their regional presence. For August 13, 2014 REG.RU has more than 30 offices in the cities of Russia and the CIS countries. The employees acting in different time zones work on the solution of uniform tasks jointly.

The remoteness of regional personnel from head office did not allow to build ideal model of work on projects and the need for creation of the special system of internal communications fully considering specifics of a company performance ripened.

As a result of the detailed analysis of offers of the market, a choice of the platform for creation of a single system is made for benefit of the Bitriks24 corporate portal. Implementation of "Bitriks24" is carried out by resources of the registrar. Now REG.RU developers completed the first stage of integration within which basic system modules are adapted for tasks of the company:

• the first of them includes social communications and management tools projects. Users of the intranet can already create tasks and in a complex control their execution, using rich functionality of a system:
• charts of project tasks,
• time counter,
• check sheets
• other functions.

For an operative communication employees actively use chats, video calls, mobile application of the portal.

The second large block of integration - creation of uniform base of corporate documents. Flexible configuration of access provides the high level of safe storage and use of corporate data, and arrangement of the main tool for joint work with files "to Bitriks24. The disk" on own REG.RU servers promotes its most effective use.

In end of the first stage of integration the main HR tools of a corporate portal are started:

• structure of the company,
• individual cards of employees,
• calendar of holidays.
