SIB LLC was implemented by DPC in Technopark of the Novosibirsk Campus

On November 25, 2014 the project on implementation of the information security facility from NSD vGate R2 in the virtual data processing center (DPC) in Technopark of the Novosibirsk Campus is complete. The project is implemented by LLC Sistemy informatsionnoy bezopasnosti (SIB LLC) company, the partner of Code of Security in Novosibirsk.

The product vGate R2, developments of Code of Security company, is used in an IT cluster of the Novosibirsk Campus for protection of the virtual DPC constructed on the VMware vSphere 5.5 platform. In a virtual cluster function: the virtual educational laboratory consisting of 50 virtual machines, network of Certification center of Academpark, the server with applications and also other servers with confidential information of partners of Academpark.

In this vGate R2 system provides protection against unauthorized access to management tools virtual infrastructure and to separate confidential resources, the entrusted software environment of ESX servers and control of assembling of devices to ESX servers and also control of integrity of VM, detailed audit of changes and other functions. Under protection of vGate R2 there are also important elements of internal infrastructure, such as Active Directory MS server, gateway of the open Internet and others.

"Creation of powerful virtual infrastructure which could be used as virtual educational laboratory and the platform for testing and demonstration of the innovative developments of residents of technopark was a project objective. vGate in this system actually performs two functions at once: provides protection of DPC according to requirements of regulators and is a part of educational laboratory where the startup command is projected and test the products", – Sergey Goncharov, the associate director of Sistemy informatsionnoy bezopasnosti LLC told.
